Carla Feather Headband and comb

A modern design which is fun to wear. This Carla smaller fascinator is available in many colour combinations with Swarovski crystals at the base of the fethers. There is the option to have extra crystals covering the entire headband for an additional charge. Also for an additional charge feathers can be dyed to match your swatch.
